Kapell v1.3.0 released

This release of Kapell realizes my original vision for Kapell: a place you can go and get lost in the people, details, and history of the music you love.

Version 1.3.0 of Kapell has just been released on the App Store.

This release covers Beta b2062 and yesterday’s platform release.

One of my guiding ideas for Kapell was the ability to find all the R&B albums recorded at Electric Lady Studios in the 90’s. Not that search exactly but that level of specificity.

There’s an extensive amount of plumbing behind the scenes to make this work and I’m really proud to have accomplished this goal to get closer to the music I love.

More Track and Album Detail

These types of searches hinge off an album or track, by way if significantly improved enrichment detail. Artists, musicians, record labels, and even recording and mixing studios are now clickable in the enrichment panel.
